Sultan Murad Tableland:
Sultan Murad Tableland which is located 100 km far from Trabzon Airport and 25 km away from Çaykara district is a central tableland used by several villages. Hosting the accommodation facilities, restaurants and other work places, the tableland receives thousands of local and foreign tourists every year.
Akçaabat:
This district carries the historical and cultural features of Akçaabat. It is reputed to be built by Komnen (Greeks). It is located at 15 km far from Trabzon city center.
Sera Lake:
Sera Lake is a landslide lake located within the Akçaabat district of Trabzon. The lake has around 150-200 meters width which is located within a forested land, there is a rest and service area
Atatürk’s Mansion:
Atatürk’s Mansion was built by Konstantin Kabayanidis as a summer house in the beginning of 19th century at the crests of Soğuksu in Trabzon. In the building, which carries European and West Renaissance architectural influence, big and ostentatious European symbols were used. In addition to this, exterior walls of the mansion were formed through stonemasonry and its garden is surrounded by pine trees. Interior stairs which were made of bricks are timber. It was open as museum in 1942. Atatürk’s Mansion is a historical place which is visited mostly by the visitors coming to Trabzon.
Hagia Sophia Museum:
The historical Hagia Sophia Church with its splendid frescos was built in the 13th century during the reign of King Manuel I. After Sultan Mehmet II conquered the city in 1461, the Church was converted into a Mosque and its frescos covered in whitewash
Uzungöl
In Haldizen Tableland located in Uzungöl within the Çaykara town, there are crater lakes called as Urfa Lake with Fish, Aygir Lake, Pir Ömer Lake, Saricicek Lake, Dipsiz Lake and Cifte Goller. This region called Yedi Göller attracts the interest of visitors with its green nature and great water resources.
Çal cave:

KARACA CAVE:
Gaining international importance and recognition after the study conducted by geological engineer Sukru Eroz in 1980’s, the caves are one of Turkey’s iconic tourist spots.
